Day 80: Hebrews 9:15

"For this reason Christ is the mediator of a new covenant, that those who are called may receive the promised eternal inheritance—now that he has died as a ransom to set them free from the sins committed under the first covenant." ~Hebrews 9:15, NIV

As Christians, we are under the new covenant. Christ died and paid the price of our wickedness, and since we have accepted Him as our personal Lord and Savior we have been called to serve Him. Now according to the verse above, "those who are called may receive the promised eternal inheritance".

No matter what happens to you, as long as you have Christ, you're a part of the eternal inheritance - life everlasting as you reign with Jesus. He set us free from the old way and brought us into the new. If David could trust God under the old way how much more can we trust Jesus under the new? God's love never fails, and any fear you have is ultimately irrelevant (even if you can't see it now) when compared with the love He has for you.

There is always hope because there is always Jesus.
