Wow... I can't believe it's March already. It's mind boggling!
*Ahem* the speed time flies by aside, this verse is written from God's perspective, to Israel. They were having a lot of problems because they didn't listen to God. They were sinning. They were disobeying. They couldn't hear Him anymore! They doubted His judgement.
But I am a Gentile. Even if I'm in a faraway place from the Israelites, hopefully I am listening and obeying God. I'm waiting for his power to help me. Because God always does the right thing. In fact, He's the one who decides whether or not anything is right. And He loves his people, and He wants to help them.
He wants to save us. He died to save us. He'll save us soon, from all of our fears. In the meantime, all we've gotta do is trust in the truth of that promise.
